Delivery
- Contact lenses: 3–8 working days (express 2–3 working days, extra cost)
- Glasses: 3–8 working days
- Prescription glasses: 5–10 working days
- Supplier back order: up to 6 weeks. You can ask to cancel (a small fee applies) or choose something else.
- Free delivery on all orders $200 and over.
Returns
- Ask for a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Contact lenses: return or refund $25 fee; exchange $20 fee (per request, not per box). Boxes must be unopened and sealed.
- Glasses and sunglasses: return $25 fee for a change of mind (no fee for faulty items); frame exchange $20 fee. Prescription lenses cannot be refunded unless there is an issue we cannot fix (or they have failed 2 times).
